Click on the option of your choice below and you’ll be taken to the relevant registration form. Please complete it, including the names of everyone you’re registering.

Once your form is submitted we’ll send you an invoice, which you can pay through your Council’s Finance system or by credit card. If you need a purchase order, please let us know and we’ll liaise with you so it can be added to your invoice.

If you register THREE people from your Council, you can register a FOURTH person at no charge (refer to Ts and Cs). We will account for this on your invoice.

If you have some team members attending the Summit and others registering only for the online program, you’ll need to complete two separate forms.

Terms and Conditions

  • By registering, you are confirming that you have your Council’s permission - including financial approval - to register.

  • Registration is not available for individual Summit or Program sessions.

  • Session recordings will be available for three months after the event, only to those registered for the Summit or Program. Recordings, including individual sessions, will not be available for sale to non-registrants. Keynote presentations and case studies will be recorded. Discussion sessions will not be recorded.

  • We will make every effort to ensure links to online sessions are sent to all registrants ahead of time. Sometimes Council firewalls prevent this information from getting through. If you don’t receive the link, it is your responsibility to contact us before the session on info@neryleast.com.

  • Only those registered can attend the Summit or Program. Switching or interchanging people for individual sessions is not permitted. Your registration cannot be transferred to another person for parts of the event. Each booking is valid only for the person whose name is on the registration.

  • If three people register from one Council, a fourth person from the same Council is entitled to a complimentary registration of the same value, for 2025. If the three registrations are split between two options (Summit + Program and Program only), the complimentary registration will be applied where the majority of that Council’s registrations have been made.

  • Rates quoted are exclusively for employees of local councils and local government peak bodies. Registration by attendees who are not employees of local councils or local government peak bodies will be considered and, if approved, a corporate rate of $3000 + GST (Program only) and $3500 + GST (Summit + Program) will apply.

  • By registering, you agree not to share your link for the online sessions or recordings with anyone else.

  • In-person bookings are subject to availability as numbers are strictly limited by the venues.

  • All speakers are correct at the time of producing this program but are subject to variation without notice.

  • Cancellation conditions apply to all bookings. If you cancel after your booking has been accepted, you will be liable to the following cancellation charges:

    • Cancellations notified more than 45 days before the event will not incur a cancellation fee.

    • In the event of cancellation between 45 and 30 days before the event, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.

    • For cancellations received less than 30 days before the event, the full delegate rate must be paid and no refunds will be available. In this case, the booking may be transferred to another person from your Council.

  • All bookings submitted are subject to these booking conditions. All cancellations must be received in writing

  • Neryl East Communications will not be held liable for circumstances beyond their control which lead to the cancellation or variation of the program.

  • All bookings will be charged Australian GST at the time of booking

  • To ensure you receive the super early bird rate or early bird rate, you need to be registered by the relevant cut-off date advertised on this website. Provided you register by this date, your registration will be secured at this rate and your payment can be made after the cut-off date.

  • When you register, you will be added to our contact list.
