This 90-minute online deep dive - delivered via Zoom - takes the principles of smart moderation and turns them into daily practice.
You’ll learn how to design a community voice for your Council that feels human, consistent and aligned to organisational values.
You will map the governance needed to protect your team and your Council, including escalation pathways, documentation, and fit for purpose social media procedures.
The session covers how to defuse recurring flashpoints and reduce decision fatigue. Participants will walk away equipped to apply a practical moderation method that helps them set expectations, guide behaviour and keep their pages constructive.
