You will map the governance needed to protect your team and your Council, including escalation pathways, documentation, and fit for purpose social media procedures.

The session covers how to defuse recurring flashpoints and reduce decision fatigue. Participants will walk away equipped to apply a practical moderation method that helps them set expectations, guide behaviour and keep their pages constructive.
